Strategir Picks Voxco's Command Center Solution

Software solutions provider Voxco’s Command Center software suite has been chosen by Strategir as its multi-channel data collection platform.

Customers worldwide have been using Voxco products to improve their market and business intelligence through the collection, processing and analysis of information gathered from multiple sources. Voxco’s Command Center is an integrated platform for multichannel and mixed data collection modes that provides higher performance research, more flexibility, and centralized survey management capabilities.


Independent market research group Strategir specializes in quantitative surveys, in particular in the consumer and luxury goods sectors. As indicated, its field study facilities comprise more than 350 dedicated interviewers, 25 different sites permanently equipped to conduct CAPI studies, a 30 seat call center for CATI, and online surveying operations.

The company was looking for a mixed and multi-channel data collection system which can help it to carry out face-to-face, telephone and web studies using a single scripting tool, and a common database to store the collected data and results.

"Our Command Center solution was specifically designed to address the fielding issues of a company typified by Strategir. We are very happy to collaborate with Strategir, and to be of service in its technological development," Gilles Bernasconi, managing director of Voxco EMEA said in a press release.

Voxco’s Command Center is said to offer Data collection modes: Telephone, Web, Mobile, Face-to-Face, and Interactive Vocal Server.; Simplified management of surveys; Optimized data security through advanced and flexible management of access rights providing greater flexibility; Highly versatile sample management options; Execution of any type of project, from simple to complex ones; Efficient communication with managers via a reporting portal.

"The objective was to equip ourselves with a tool which would allow us reduce the turnaround time for our surveys, and with the flexibility to handle all of our collection modes. Voxco's Command Center meets these needs perfectly. This will enable us to provide results to our clients faster, and make it easier to manage our field operations," Luc Milbergue, founder of Strategir said in a statement.

Voxco recently announced the expansion and consolidation of its presence in Europe with the appointment of Gilles Bernasconi as the General Manager for Europe, Middle-East and Africa and Stefan Preusse as the Deputy Managing Director of Voxco Germany.
