Innotrac is providing eCommerce fulfillment and call center solutions to Ohio-based fashion retailer dots. Innotrac is a commerce provider specializing in integrating digital technology, fulfillment, and contact center solutions.

The company has been contracted to provide direct-to-consumer fulfillment, returns processing, and high-touch customer care for dots. These capabilities will be provided by integrating of Innotrac with MICROS-Retail's Open Commerce Platform and also leveraging the company’s fast-fashion apparel expertise.

The eCommerce store by dots was launched earlier this month s expected to do plenty of business in the upcoming holiday season.

“We want to deliver a seamless, 360 degree brand and customer experience, irrespective of where or when she shops. As we have gone through the process of developing the eCommerce site, we knew Innotrac would be the perfect partner for us as we open our largest store yet,” said dots Director of eCommerce Clayton Smith, in a statement. “We chose this partnership because of Innotrac's superb reputation with customer service, partnerships and collaboration.”

The retailer has come a long way since it opened its first store in 1987 and today it operates more than 400 stores all across the nation.

Innotrac was in news last month when it was recognized as a finalist in the Corporate Internal Software Development category of The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Impact Awards.
