Stratus Contact Solutions is providing call center support for Telrite Corporation and Life Wireless through its experienced customer contact center. The multichannel contact center notes that both partners- Life Wireless and Telrite will provide low-cost and subsidized cellular phone service to its customers.
Telrite delivers comprehensive, reliable telecommunications services with network switches, experienced network operations managers and customer service.

Stratus Contact Solutions provides 24/7 customer excellence through the form of inbound and outbound contact center services. As per the agreement, Stratus’ U.S.-based, multilingual customer contact center is available for Life Wireless customers on a 24 hours a day and seven days a week basis.
Customers will be helped with several tasks such as inquiries about services, equipment and purchase of additional minutes.
