Altitude Software has integrated Altitude uCI applications with the latest Cisco (News - Alert) Contact Center solutions. Contact centers can leverage the Altitude uCI customer interaction management suite to deploy a variety of applications and services in a quick and efficient manner.

According to Altitude, these applications can improve the capabilities, performance, and management of Cisco Contact Center solutions. Several partners of both Altitude Software (News - Alert) and Cisco are working to deliver a variety of integrated solutions to contact centers all across the globe.

As an established member of the Cisco Developer Network, Altitude Software is conducting interoperability testing for about a decade now. The company also offers a complementary product offering and has collaborated with Cisco to address the requirement of joint customers. Both Cisco and Altitude Software have a reputation for providing unified agent desktops, easy agent script development and deployment, and management of outbound campaigns to contact centers.

Altitude Software was in news earlier this year for upgrading the Altitude uCI 8 with the addition of new social media customer service features.
