Lionbridge Expands its Relationship with LivePerson

Real-time intelligent engagement solutions provider LivePerson (News - Alert) now features GeoFluent to support its international clients. This addition follows an expansion of its sales and marketing partnership with contact center translation solutions provider Lionbridge Technologies (News - Alert).

Designed for contact centers and enterprises, the GeoFluent for LivePerson Chat delivers on-demand, quality translation within the clients existing LivePerson chat application.  This integrated, cloud-based chat translation application is featured within the customer center on liveperson.com and enables clients to engage with LivePerson agents online in real-time in many languages. 

Communicating in multiple languages enables effective communication with customers who call the contact center using the GeoFluent for LivePerson Chat. GeoFluent thus allows organizations to cut reduce global support costs through effective online customer care.
